No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed

If your email address bounces or sends back Solar Ads a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. Once your account is deleted you will have to contact Michael Taylor to upgrade you back to Pro if you were a Pro member. You will be required to show proof of your Upgrade to Pro by supplying your PayPal transaction ID#. All referrals, points and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted. 

Liability
Solar Ads is a promotional marketing tool used to help members promote all of their offers on the Internet. Solar Ads does not make any promises written or implied as to the amount of money that can be made from Solar Ads.

It is your responsibility to make sure your email address for your PayPal account is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered id is your responsibility. Should your account at PayPal be locked or restricted for any reason, that is also your responsibility. Solar Ads will not be held liable.

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of Solar Ads.  We reserve the right to modify, add or change any policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold Solar Ads liable for any items or policies within this program.

Refunds
Once you pay for your lifetime membership or buy advertising, if you would like a refund, simply submit a support ticket stating that you would like a refund. Your refund will be sent and your account will be deleted. You will lose any earned commissions and will not be eligible for payment.   By joining and paying for any paid portion of Solar Ads, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page.

SPAM
Solar Ads has a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including up to $50,000 in fines.  If you are to include Solar Ads's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers.  Safelists are also allowed as well as downline mailing programs such as http://dowlinbu.com.

The following are grounds for termination of your account:

To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list.   If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for Solar Ads in emails.
To falsify user information provided to Solar Ads or to other users of the service in connection with Solar Ads, or any of it's other sites.
To use the Solar Ads name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists.
 

Solar Ads considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by Solar Ads terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

In addition, we have the right, where feasible, to implement technical mechanisms which block multiple postings as described above before they are forwarded.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit Solar Ads actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

Solar Ads reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

In addition, Solar Ads reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.

All our customers and clients must agree and accept the fact that this Network Terms and Conditions or Service will be modified from time to time, generally with due notice, but sometimes without notice, to all relevant parties. When using any of our Network Websites, we always reserve the right to refuse membership or cancel membership if a member is found abusing the Terms and RULES. Upon termination, that member will lose all benefits and money paid, if applicable.

We do not allow the following page contents that are: racist, pornographic, illegal, promote gambling, prostitution, liberal lifestyles, abuse of women/men/children or minors and all other materials we found inappropriate by our discretion. In adition, we do not allow Sites with alert message boxes, fly-in ads, pop-in ads, code encryption, pornography, unwanted software downloads or any other behavior or contents found inappropriate annoying or interrupting. We do not allow pop-ups, pop-behinds and pop-under sites. Members are advised not to hide URLs by the use of minimized I-frames or other frames that will disrupt any of our Network Website or Script. However, while using any of our Network Websites, we cannot guarantee that a member sites may not contain such material. We will delete such sites and members accounts upon discovery of this breach of Agreement, such as when a Member contact us and submits an online Report to let us know of breaches of this Agreement.

Essentially, a member account will be terminated immediately and without notification, for example, when the user/member deliberately tries to harm any of our Network Websites or the hardware and software equipments or tools of the our Associates who power/manage any of our Network Websites.

Our NETWORK RULES: 1. This Exchange Owners and Administrators always reserve the right to change, revise or make new rules at their discretion. 2. All members MUST agree to and abide by all the RULES and Terms of Service/Use. 3. Only one (1) account is allowed by each member from the same IP address and country. 4. Any member discovered to be cheating will be DELETED. 5. Accounts "Inactive" for 90 Days are automatically removed without notice. Websites without Credits for 90 Days are automatically removed Without notice. 6. Not all websites are acceptable at SurfingTraffic.com Network. We DO NOT approve Sites with rotators, url forwarding, framing, alert message boxes, fly-in ads, pop-in ads, pages breaking out of the surf area frame, code encryption, pornography (adult contents), racist contents, surfing links coming from other traffic exchanges, illegal software downloads and other websites or contents considered to be inappropriate, annoying or interrupting the surf area frame rotation. 7. A member can always cancel his/her Membership by contacting the Site Administrators or by clicking the "Delete Account" link in our Members Area. If a member cancels his/her membership and later rejoins, he/she will be assigned a new membership details and you will not receive credits and benefits for referrals, for example, made using the previous membership account. 8. Payments for Pro Upgrade Membership and the purchase of Credits are accepted by PAYPAL or AlertPay only and not my any means convenient to a Member. 9. REFUND for any payment made but not accepted will be made at this Exchange Owners/Administrators discretion with all applicable expenses/changes deducted before the REFUND is made. Repayment will be done via the same method the money was received, such as, using Paypal or AlertPay secure payment processors. 10. We reserve the right to refuse Membership to anyone. Any material that, in our judgment, is obscene or threatening is prohibited and will be removed from our Website and Servers with or without notice.
